• Strong expertise in Talend, with a solid grasp of data warehousing tools and ETL processes.
• Excellence in working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, handling SQL and NoSQL databases, and coding in Python.
• Well-versed in data security, integration tools, and making everything run smoothly across systems.

• Solid experience with Talend for ETL, data integration, and transformation.
• Hands-on with data warehousing tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, especially tools like Glue, ADF, or Data Factory.
• Strong in SQL and NoSQL databases, plus experience with big data tools like Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis.
• Knows Python well and can put it to good use for data processing and automation.
• Great at solving problems and keeping projects on track.
• Can explain technical stuff in a way that makes sense to both techies and non-techies.
• Detail-oriented, quick to adapt, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

• Take the lead in designing, building, and rolling out ETL workflows using Talend, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Keep data architecture in top shape by defining, integrating, and upgrading it to align with business goals.
• Optimize and maintain data lakes and warehouses so data storage and access stay efficient.
• Develop and manage data pipelines to handle structured and unstructured data, ensuring seamless extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Stay on top of data security and compliance, setting up governance and privacy frameworks to keep everything in check.
• Work closely with different teams to understand business needs and turn them into scalable data solutions.
• Keep an eye on ETL performance, troubleshoot issues as they pop up, and make improvements to boost efficiency.
• Stay ahead of the curve with new technologies to enhance data integration and processing.
• And, of course, document everything; technical designs, best practices, and troubleshooting steps, so the Talend ETL processes stay well-organized and easy to manage.
