What we like to see in you
- Core Competencies: Agile Frameworks | Waterfall Project Lifecycles | Project Management Tools | Exceptional Communication | Negotiation | Interpersonal Skills
- Having a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar certification is a big plus.
- Experience with remote teams and hybrid project management is definitely a bonus!
What do we expect
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a must.
- Looking for someone with 6–7 years of project management experience, with a solid track record of delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- A strong grasp of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, along with Waterfall project lifecycles, is essential.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project is needed.
- Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are key to working with teams and stakeholders.
- Bonus points for Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similar certifications, experience managing remote teams, and familiarity with hybrid project management approaches.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Plan and manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile, keeping schedules, milestones, and deliverables on track.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key milestones, ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and retrospectives, and keep collaboration smooth.
- Guide and mentor team members, helping them stay aligned and perform at their best.
- Act as the go-to person for stakeholders, providing regular updates and making sure expectations are met.
- Spot risks and roadblocks early, take action to mitigate them, and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet standards and follow organizational processes.
- Keep detailed project documentation, track performance against KPIs, and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
