What we like to see in you

  • Core Competencies: Machine Learning | Predictive Analytics | CV or NLP | Python | Cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP) | Model Development | Team Handling | Project Handling | Client Interactions
  • Solid experience in machine learning and predictive analytics, especially for real-world use cases.
  • Skilled in Python, building and deploying models, with a focus on computer vision (CV) or NLP.
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage AI models.
  • Experienced in leading teams, managing projects, and interacting with clients to deliver results.

What do we expect

  • Good with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.
  • Got hands-on experience with Predictive Analytics, Computer Vision, or NLP.
  • Understand the basics of data science, statistical analysis, and setting up experiments.
  • Comfortable coding in Python, R, or Scala to build models and mess around with data.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Apache Spark for big ML projects.
  • Have led teams, set the course, and helped everyone perform at their best.
  • Can talk to clients, understand what they need, and make sure everything gets done on time.
  • Love collaborating with different teams and keeping things running smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Lead a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers, guiding them through designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions.
  • Set up the best practices for machine learning, from building and testing models to making sure they’re ready to go live.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and help define project goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Stay on top of the latest in machine learning and AI to keep the team innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Manage the entire machine learning project lifecycle, from gathering data to getting models up and running in production.
  • Make sure the models and systems scale well, perform reliably, and run smoothly, always optimizing for speed and accuracy.
  • Lead code reviews, improve the quality of models, and fine-tune algorithms and systems for better performance.
  • Promote a collaborative team culture, always encouraging learning, sharing knowledge, and growing professionally.
