Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in NLP to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in NLP at Optisol Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for language understanding, generation, and manipulation. You will work on challenging projects that leverage state-of-the-art NLP techniques to solve real-world problems. 

Mandatory Skills: Python | Machine Learning | NLP | SQL or NoSQL | Cloud services 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as,
  • TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit Learn etc.
  • Proven experience working on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Deep understanding & working experience in NLP techniques, including but not limited to tokenization, word embeddings, and sequence-to-sequence models such as RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers.
  • Must have experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with GPU acceleration and cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Exposure to Langchain is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures and training techniques.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI models and APIs like OpenAI/AWS Bedrock/Claude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
