• Core Competencies: Reports Conversion (Oracle to Jasper) | PL/SQL | XML Files & Reports | Database Optimization | Client Handling
• Strong communication skills to clearly share ideas and work well with others.

• Solid experience with Jasper Reports, able to build scalable and high-performance reporting solutions.
• Comfortable working with JRXML scripts, including troubleshooting and optimizing them.
• Skilled in creating and managing database procedures, functions, and packages.
• Familiar with SQL and PL/SQL, which helps in working with different tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing reporting solutions.
• Experience collaborating with database teams to resolve data-related issues and improve performance.
• Confident in leading technical discussions and designing solutions for reporting needs.
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture patterns, making it easier to build solid, scalable reporting solutions.

• Use your hands-on expertise in Jasper Reports to work with and improve reports created from JRXML scripts.
• Dive into existing JRXML files, find errors or warnings, and resolve them with your advanced Jasper Reports skills.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries specifically for reporting.
• Design and troubleshoot database procedures, functions, and packages to ensure smooth data integration.
• Work closely with the database team to solve any issues related to data structures and performance.
• Train and mentor team members, helping them build Jasper Reports expertise.
• Establish a knowledge base and best practices to keep Jasper Reports development running smoothly.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
