Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee Internal HRBP, Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), People & Culture (P&C), and potentially lead the Shared Services Synergy group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in HR policies, Recruitment, Talent development, and Organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRBP: Lead internal HR policies and coordination of HR tasks across the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Talent Management: Develop & implement talent management programs and performance cycles.
  • People & Culture: Promote a positive culture through employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Contribute to shaping the HR strategy and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with hands-on expertise across Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Management (TM), People & Culture (P&C), and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance and employee relations
  • Proven leadership ability in team development and driving business performance.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills, with a knack for addressing complex issues and mediating resolutions across levels of the organization.
