- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration is primary.
- Bring your expertise in back-office data operations, delivery management, or customer success with 5+ years of experience.
- Apply your problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset to manage interactions effectively.
- Lead the way in planning, executing, and presenting delivery plans to customers and stakeholders.
- Work with large-scale data processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Utilize your knowledge of data workflows, reporting, and process optimization to drive improvements.
- Leverage Microsoft Office, SQL, data validation tools, and workflow automation for efficiency.
- Bonus points if you have experience in B2B, financial services, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies!
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Be the go-to person for customers, keeping things smooth with quick responses, clear updates, and problem-solving.
- Spot potential roadblocks before they happen and take action to keep everything on track.
- Own the delivery process from start to finish, making sure timelines, SLAs, and customer expectations align.
- Keep customers and teams in sync by sharing key milestones, updates, and performance insights.
- Track data accuracy, turnaround time, and efficiency – working closely with Engineering to fine-tune operations.
- Listen to customer feedback, make improvements, and ensure they’re getting the best experience possible.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, making sure expectations and workflows stay aligned.
- Team up with Finance and Sales to handle invoices, track billing, and keep everything transparent on the financial side.
