What we like to see in you

  • Core Competencies: D365 CE / Microsoft CRM | Techno-Functional Expertise | Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service Modules | Business Process Review | Full Life Cycle Implementation | Requirement Documentation | Communication & Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience in handling US clients is a plus, adding extra value to the role.

What do we expect

  • A BE degree or any relevant qualification is required.
  • Hands-on experience with D365/CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service.
  • Lead and take part in business process reviews.
  • Handle 3-4 full life cycle implementations with these modules.
  • Be great at documenting requirements, FDDs, design docs, test cases, and user manuals.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • If you’ve worked with US clients before, that’s a big plus!

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Implement and set up D365 CE or Microsoft CRM modules like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to meet client needs.
  • Work with clients to gather requirements and turn them into system configurations.
  • Customize and tweak D365 solutions based on specific business needs.
  • Test, deploy, and ensure the solutions meet the requirements before going live.
  • Create user manuals, training materials, and provide end-user training.
  • Assist with data migration and integration between systems.
  • Troubleshoot and fix any technical issues that pop up during or after implementation.
