We established an automated email notification system using D365 F&O alert rules to notify suppliers of upcoming license renewals two months in advance. These reminders include all critical information, ensuring that suppliers are well-informed and prepared for renewal deadlines.

By leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, we extracted environmental agency data related to suppliers and integrated it into a comprehensive Power BI dashboard through the OData connector. This centralized dashboard features advanced filtering options by supplier name or license validity date, facilitating efficient management of supplier licenses.

Our solution includes a meticulously designed data sheet that records all pertinent license information, such as trade name, license number, emission details, validity dates, and issuing agency. This thorough tracking ensures robust compliance monitoring and risk management.
