Data Security & IP Considerations
- OptiSol assures a proper infrastructure for protecting the data and ensuring data privacy.
- OptiSol agrees that we are hired to work, and the entire Intellectual Property (IP) rights will stay with the client and OptiSol will ensure this as part of the Statement of Work (SoW) once this proposal is approved.
- We have QMS (Quality Management Systems) in place for IT policies, assessments and audits, and periodic third-party validations.

What’s the Price?
- Named resources, dedicated on the projects till the effective date of the SoW
- Options available to exit based on performance of resources and available termination options. Details shall be defined as part of MSA
- Additions to the existing resource mix on core team will be accommodated with a lead time of 45 days.
- Commercial model is based on monthly retainer-based rate card. Shall be defined as part of MSA.
Monthly Retainer Based
- They are additional named resources onboarded on top of core resources due to any spike in the project needs.
- Shall be onboarded with an upfront notice period of 45 days.
- Resources will include from any of the agreed resource categories as part of the MSA.
- Minimum commitment of 2 months once resource deployed into the flexi team with an option to ramp-down with a notice period of 30 days.
